Muscle chains represent linking systems between different groups of muscles, which work together to provide balance, coordination and efficiency in movement. Understanding the role of the major chains allows us to better interpret the dynamics of the body and enhance their contribution in both everyday posture and sports performance.
Anterior cross chain
The anterior cruciate chain diagonally connects the muscles of the body, providing stability and coordination in complex movements. It is critical for dynamic balance and proper distribution of forces during daily and sports activities.
Posterior cross chain
The posterior cross chain works in opposition to the anterior cross chain, promoting harmonious rotations and postural control. It contributes to the fluidity of motor gestures and supports the efficiency of the muscles in stabilizing the body.
Anterior kinetic chain
The anterior kinetic chain includes the major muscle groups in the front of the body. It is responsible for thrust, forward motion, and all movements requiring propulsive force and anterior support.
Posterior kinetic chain
The posterior kinetic chain involves the muscles in the back that are essential for pushing, extension and stability. It is the main engine of power, contributing to posture and performance in every movement.
Not just a wall, but a universe of movement.
The Spring Wall Unit transforms any space into an experience of strength and lightness.
